As a partner, we want to give you a warm welcome and make sure you can take full advantage of what Mavim has to offer, that's why we created the Mavim Partner Portal.

MSP Partnership Principles

If you have an MSP agreement with Mavim, unlike reselling software to a client, the Mavim Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partnership means you, as the Partner, remain the “owner” of the software. You manage user rights, the database, and roles, deciding who can access which environment. You invite the client’s users to their specific license environment. Instead of reselling, you host the environment for your client and provide them with access.

With that:

  • Branding: Partners can rebrand the Mavim platform with their own name and logo (white labeling). This allows them to integrate it into their consultancy services without mentioning Mavim, avoiding discussions about the underlying technology and other alternatives.

  • Pricing: Mavim charges partners a base cost for the software, which can be paid annually or monthly, based on standard market prices. Partners have the flexibility to decide how to recover this cost from their clients, ideally without providing detailed pricing breakdowns to avoid debates.

  • Interoperability: Partners can use Mavim Manager licenses to access and manage multiple client environments. This enables them to develop and maintain content across different client databases efficiently.

  • Leave behind: After completing a project, partners have several options: they can export the content and give it to the client, continue hosting the content for the client, or transfer the ownership of the content to the client, who can then purchase the license directly from Mavim.

Joining Mavim as a Partner initiates a journey to embrace a new way of working, integrating your best practices and expertise into Mavim’s intelligent transformation platform. This shift enables asset-based consultancy, creates reusable methodologies, saves time, reduces waste, optimizes resource allocation, and enhances the customer experience.

Before starting, you’ll need to invest in learning the Mavim suite, integrating your offerings, defining your go-to-market strategy, and training your teams. The Mavim Partner Onboarding Program provides a step-by-step roadmap to guide you, offering materials and support throughout your journey.
